Nate Sprinkle began serving Calvary Baptist Church as pastor in July 2018. Bro. Nate and his wife, Barbi, have been married since June 10, 1995, and their "quiver is full" (Ps. 127:5). God has blessed them with five children - Brienna and her husband Eli, Noah, Kira, Micah, and Elijah. The Sprinkles are grateful to serve Christ Jesus as part of the Calvary church family.

"We invite you to grow in knowing and loving Jesus and His church here at Calvary, and to live out Christ's Great Commission work with us near and far."

The Mathews’ are so thankful for the opportunity that they have to serve here at Calvary. Micah has been serving in student ministry for over 10 years, and loves to see students come to know the Lord, grow in their relationship with the Lord, and equip and encourage them to share the hope that they have in Christ with others around them. Micah is also passionate about leading Calvary’s mission efforts, locally, nationally, and across the globe. He loves to come alongside people to help them see how they can be missionaries right where they are.

Cortney Chastain

Kid's Ministry Coordinator

Cortney joined the Calvary family in September 2018, having recently moved to the area from Katy. Cortney grew up in the Houston suburb of Cypress and went to school at Texas A&M University, College Station, where she graduated with her BBA in Accounting and her Masters in Finance. She spent 16 years working for CPA firms in a project management capacity but in May of 2021, Cortney left her corporate vocation to dedicate her time and attention to her children, Evelyn and Samuel, and husband Matt. Not long after leaving her role, the Lord led Cortney to accept a part time position in the church as Director of Children’s Ministry.
